4: Satan's Conspiracies

 “As the curtain was lifted and I was shown the corruption of this age, my heart sickened, my spirit nearly fainted within me. I saw that the inhabitants of the earth were filling up the measure of the cup of their iniquity. God's anger is kindled and will be no more appeased until the sinners are destroyed out of the earth. Satan is Christ's personal enemy. He is the originator and leader of every species of rebellion in heaven and earth. His rage increases; we do not realize his power. If our eyes could be opened to discern the fallen angels at work with those who feel at ease and consider themselves safe, we would not feel so secure. Evil angels are upon our track every moment. We expect a readiness on the part of bad men to act as Satan suggests; but while our minds are unguarded against his invisible agents, they assume new ground and work marvels and miracles in our sight. Those Little-Old Conspirators:

So where were our Luciferian folk in all this? Oh, like faithful dogs they were never far from their master’s heels. Some of them originated the theories and others brought them into the classrooms of the world. Some wrote the plays and books and others produced them. Always remember the main way these people control is through finances. By applying generous doses of money in the right place at the right time, much can be guided and manipulated in certain directions.

Education:

There are several major changes that happened in the early 1900s that have affected every one of us. The powerful illuminati families of Carnegie and Rockefeller merged with other powerful illuminati family industries in Europe and thus monopolized the chemical industry. They began to control all education in the USA by offering funding to colleges that met their standards. Those who didn’t follow their guidelines were not funded and thus education was effectively turned into channels dug for it by the Illuminati.

Chemical Medicine:

They then set out to establish the American Medical Association. And through its power and the control of medical schools they were able to turn the tide of medicine away from the natural, which had had such a revival in the 18 and early 1900s; to the chemical dominated drug regime we think is ‘normal’ today. It is in no way ‘normal’; it is profitable for the chemical barons who forced it on us. Unless schools promoted drugs and did drug based ‘research’, they got no grants. Gradually most of the natural and herbal based schools closed their doors.

The Spirit of Prophecy warned and entreated for Advent Believers to stay away from drug based medicine and to have nothing to do with the AMA, but they ignored this and went after the chemical baron’s brand of medicine, leaving the precious legacy given us in the inspired councils largely lying in the dust, and any body that chooses to stick to the simple natural remedies the Lord gave us in the health message, instead of ‘science falsely so called’, is often considered a fanatic. 

At one meeting church leaders got up right after Mrs. White had appealed for them to have no connection with these organizations and declared their intention to do it anyway. Advent Believers as a majority today seldom even question the drug and surgery based health system that Satan foisted off on them. Now Satan is using parts of our health message to make it appear that his New Age occultists have some real insight.

Books:

Where in the early 1800s most families owned few books and they usually consisted of the Bible, Pilgrim’s Progress, and perhaps some books of History—by the later part of the century, novels, fiction and false science were everywhere. Some of the famous works of fiction, such as Sherlock Holmes, were written by spiritualists and Luciferians. Children’s books like ‘Alice in Wonderland’, the ‘Wizard of Oz’ series and such were either produced by Satanists or influenced and promoted by them. This class of reading material sowed weed seeds of foolishness and corruption in the minds of children and again it was warned against by the Servant of the Lord. She wrote against ‘lovesick sentimentalism’ which is spawned by this class of literature.

Fiction, fantasy and foolishness make the mind vague and dreamy, easily hypnotized and manipulated. It destroys the desire for true spiritual mind food. When Satan tries to deceive and corrupt a person that is anchored in the Word and in rock-bottom realism, he has a tough nut to crack; but once a mind has grown used to fantasy and foolishness, then Satan’s temptations can lodge easily.

A Brand New Industry:

So far we see implanted powerful manipulative control in the government through the elite wealthy illuminati barons; affecting education, medicine, law, and so on, but Satan needed more before he could remove all Christian values and replace them with Spiritualistic ones. He found his perfect tool in the mushrooming entertainment industry.

I would like to invite you to browse through the Spirit of Prophecy, you can especially do this if you have a CD ROM of her writings; Notice the warnings against, fiction, novels, theater, card playing (gambling) foolish talking and silly music. Oh, that we had always listened!

After 1890 and into the early 1900s it seemed like foolishness was the in thing; and foolish thinking and talking always leads to evil doing. The nonsensical and foolish flooded onto stage and the printed page from everywhere. Lovesick sentimentalism was rank. America invented Vaudeville and burlesque and lapped up the lewd and foolish slop served up to them on every side.

WW1 brought a temporary jolt of reality but it seemed if anything to increase the appetite for folly.

A new form of entertainment came along, the moving picture, the world would never be the same again and Satan had the most versatile and powerful tool he ever had to manipulate minds and warp the thinking of the masses. And he used it to the fullest. Early Hollywood was so vile that even the Illuminati and other of Satan’s servants realized they would have to create a more ‘family oriented’ front to have movies and the entertainment industry accepted as part of the lifestyle of moral America.

Aims of the Industry:

On the surface the aims of the entertainment industry are Money and Fame. But Satan is too smart to have such a weapon and not see to it that it is carefully aimed. Here are some of the aims the conspirators sought to promote and popularize with the intent of destroying Christian values and influence. Please note, that for the purpose of this article I do not include Catholicism as ‘Christian’ per se. Their aims have been shoulder to shoulder with the Luciferians all along and early in Hollywood history, influence was brought in to always make sure that Catholicism was portrayed positively in movies and that if there was to be a religious scene, if at all possible, it was to be Catholic. If you still watch movies (and I hope you don’t) you can notice that in every movie there is at least some scene where you see nuns or some other Catholic presence even where it has nothing whatever to do with the subject. You even see it in the horse story “Black Beauty”.

Hollywood’s way of Undermining Christian Values:

1.        Promote sexual promiscuity and lewdness

2.        Promote drinking and smoking

3.        Ridicule modesty and all Christian graces

4.        Accustom the people to violence

5.        Promote Spiritualism

6.        Popularize magic and wizardry

7.        Cause that which was once considered wicked to be thought of as ‘Romantic’ and ‘Exotic’

8.        Promote false sciences

9.        Promote rebellion in families

10.     Promote pride and love of popularity

11.     Make being a Star seem the greatest thing on earth.

12.     Play down common working class skills and promote vanity

13.     Make music, acting and dancing seem like the most valuable skills

14.     Make practical Christian values seem old fashioned and stuffy

Bread and Circuses:

This is an old saying, meaning that the common people will ignore everything their leaders do, as long as they have lots of food and entertainment. In the times we are living in today, there has never been so much entertainment—unless it was before the flood. It may be a new concept to you to realize that the media and entertainment industry has a clear purpose and that is to destroy Christianity by the roots and replace it in the minds of the people with spiritism and witchcraft (magic!); to demoralize the family life and to promote the vile and false while ridiculing the good and the true.

Some will say, “Oh, I can’t believe everybody in the entertainment industry is doing that!” True, but Satan has enough control in that industry through the Elite Luciferians and others to see to it that the program does what it is intended to do; whether those involved believe in it or not; for that matter, whether you believe it or not.

How do they do it? I am going to quote from the writer “Svali” again as she describes in a nutshell how they bring this control about:

Q: …I'm thinking specifically Hollywood. What's your inside on this, in regards to film making, symbology, subliminals, the whole scene in general?

A (Svali) “Oh, boy, do you have a few hours? I'll try to be brief. The Illuminati believe that to control the media is to control the public. This is one of their stated agendas. Remember, finances, media, law, government and education are the areas they targeted as being the best to dominate society.

“How do they do this? They don't go to a film producer and say, "Oh, by the way, we're Illuminati members and we want you to make a movie that promotes our agenda". (Remember, they aren't stupid, either). Instead, they will form a small investment corporation that funds movies with ideas that they like. They quietly hire actors and producers and directors and scripts, but they never mention their affiliation publicly or why they are doing this.

“Money talks, and especially in Hollywood. If you have money, you can get about anything made, and they know this. They can also channel money into advertising campaigns, etc. for their films (how many Christian films have had major ad campaigns in the past twenty years? Very few. How many occult movies have? I rest my case).

“This has been a slow, subtle process because they are patient. They have been working behind the scenes for hundreds of years, and they know that the public is slow to accept new ideas, that it has to be done gradually. (They call it leading in the "sheep" which is one of their terms for the "unenlightened"). And it has been. The number of occult films that has come out in the past ten years alone should make anyone pause and think.

“Why so many films with this theme? Why the desensitization of America's youth to the occult and magic? Just look at Saturday morning cartoons…I can send you some articles that did an excellent job of investigating Walt Disney (he was an Illuminist, and Fantasia was used to program children)…

“The sensationalization of rituals and other occult insignia on television is another example. Ghost stories. Witch stories. Children's books about Wizards and their training that are extremely popular.”

Disney the legend, the lie:

“For years, I have heard many Americans say that something is terribly wrong in this country & that things are “going to pot”, and yet Americans can’t put their finger on what exactly is wrong. When I first began to receive reports from victims of Illuminati mind-control about Disney’s involvement in their mind-control, I kept an open ear, but I wanted some tangible proof. After investigating for myself, there is now no doubt in my mind that Disney (the man, the movies & the entertainment parks) has been a major contributor to the demise of America, while maintaining a very well constructed front of wholesomeness.” Internet source

It is not the purpose of this article to go into detail and proof but if one has spiritual insight and honesty it is easy to see that Disney was a flagship to lead my generation, and the ones that have followed, away from Christianity and into witchcraft and the occult. I only recently realized that some of my most horrendous childhood nightmares had their roots in my having seen ‘Fantasia’ as a small child in the forties. This movie was actually designed to be used as a Luciferian brainwashing tool. In this Satan is portrayed by Disney in all his evil dark majesty. I’ve heard other Christians say that their worse childhood nightmares came from seeing one of the Disney films.

There are a lot of ‘nice stories’ about Walt Disney and Mickey Mouse, but the fact is he was a flop as an artist and producer until the Elite began to fund him to be their ‘Clean Family Entertainment’ front that they realized they needed to get Hollywood into the moral sector of America. From the time ‘Steamboat Willie’ came out, the first talking cartoon, (which by the way, he did NOT draw) he soared into the public mind as ‘good family fun’.

But how could this have been? How could movies, which clearly portrayed spiritism and witchcraft, be acceptable to Christian parents for their children? Somehow they believed the false front the advertisements and media promoted. Disney and his organization was given a squeaky-clean reputation which he maintained rigorously and tyrannically. People could be fired for swearing and yet Disney would regal the workers with dirty jokes. Other artists did the work but only the name ‘Disney’ was to be lauded.

“I’ve tired of Christians talking and acting like Disney stands for sainthood. Christians, who should have known better, are some of the ones who have swallowed “hook, line and sinker” the enormous deception that entails Disney. They feed their children a steady diet of occultism and witchcraft because they have been programmed to think of Disney as wholesomeness and everything that is good about America. Many writers over the years have tried to expose Disney, most have been stopped before they could get their books published.” (Internet sources)

The first full length cartoon movie, ‘Snow White’ was spiritualism and occult through and through and even the nature movie, Bambi, promoted animism rather than reality.

Television:

In the fifties a wonderful breakthrough happened that could bring the influence of the movie hall right into the living room. TV now opened a Pandora’s box of mind control and Satanic influence and dumped it right into the citadel of moral values—the home. Fundamentalist Christians had largely remained away from the movie theaters but now many capitulated and brought the theaters into their homes.

In its early years TV was black and white, fuzzy and had little on it, but it developed like a precocious child into the greatest force for brainwashing and mind control on earth.

Disney leaped into it; On Oct. 27, 1954, Walt Disney’s 'Disneyland' debuted on television. Under various names such as  Wonderful World of Color, it aired for 22 years over the television networks. My generation grew up with it, this made it hard for us to see it for what it really was.

In  the 1950s, Walt Disney made his cartoon character Mickey Mouse real by creating a fan club—the Mickey Mouse Club, which aired five days a week usually just as children came home from school. Children were led to idolize an imaginary talking animal. Mickey Mouse also blatantly practices Magic, sorcery and witchcraft. What a role model for the young of America!

“Disney has the appearance of Wholesomeness; this appearance is quite deceptive. A close study of Disney cartoons will reveal lots of violence that could not be depicted if the violence was actually real life & not animation. It’s the wholesome front which is one of the deceptions that makes Disney cartoons & films so dangerous. Yes, the image of Disney has been that its cartoons are wholesome. No wonder Illuminati mind-control programmers have laughed at how naive the American public is toward Disney.

The Disney Gargoyles cartoons are a television series that is pure demonology. The story line is that a race of demons protects New York City. One of the Gargoyles is even named Demona. The Illuminati programmers are amazed at how stupid the masses of people are, and how easily deceived. …The Illuminati and Mafia knew that Walt had the ability to get the job done that the Great Plans called for.” (Source: confidential interview.)

Another idea that is promoted to children via many Disney scripts, beginning with the ‘magic mirror’ that talked, is inanimate objects being alive. Boats, trains, cars, and household furniture all ‘come to life’ on the cartoons and movies. This is not a good effect on children, and promotes the spiritualistic-animistic idea of spirits inhabiting trees and rocks etc. It also brings confusion into the minds of children who at young ages have a hard time figuring out what is alive and what is not.

Immortal Soul Conditioning

Movie after movie has promoted the idea of the immortality of the soul. Some are so blatant as to be blasphemous and others masquerade under the cover of comedy. Reincarnation is the subject of many as well. Eastern religions and Native American Indian beliefs are promoted. Anything goes and is acceptable, as long as it isn’t Bible Truth. ‘Cute’ stories promoting the idea that angels are good people after they die, are common, some made by good ole Disney.

What we have swallowed:

When I was growing up in the 50s, Advent Believers as a group did not hold with entering a movie theater. So some people got the great idea that ‘good’ movies could be rented and shown to Advent Believers in the school auditoriums or church basements. It promoted the idea that it wasn’t the entertainment that was bad, only the place where you saw it that mattered. I remember thinking a sort of mixed up idea as a child, that it was because “bad people” attended the movie theaters and so you shouldn’t go there. Of course it was OK to watch the same picture seated with ‘good’ people in the church auditorium. Warped ideas? Yes, but that’s how we learned to see it.

 In the 40s & 50s, Disney produced a few “True Life Adventures” nature movies, and these were some of the first to slither under the door to Adventism. Even these movies had the aim of promoting occult purposes. When Disney had his animal-nature documentaries, he edited and used narration to give the animals human like characteristics—something he’d already been doing with animation. Disney played an important part in the Illuminati’s plan to elevate animals and dehumanize humans. But of course, the well-meaning teachers and church leaders in Adventism didn’t know that. Perhaps if more attention had been paid to the principles of true education and suitable recreation in the Spirit of Prophecy, they might have been more aware.

Bible based movies are another pitfall. It doesn’t seem to matter if it doesn’t follow the Bible, or if it is full of violence and vice; if it has a Bible name, then it’s fine to watch; even on the Sabbath!

Anyway, somehow the idea of Disney being wholesome penetrated into Adventism as well and soon the Saturday night entertainment at the ‘College’ included cartoon movies, first Bambi and Lady and the Tramp; but the floodgates were opened and like the old Arab that let his camel put his nose into the tent, we soon swallowed the whole camel. I’ve seen video documentation of a program put on at a well known SDA College based on ‘The Little Mermaid’ which is as unreal and occult and devilish as you can get!

Now it is nothing for Advent Believers to attend theaters, and anyway, they don’t have to, because we now have home theaters and video movies. Anything goes.

Generation Gap:

In the 50s and onward a new concept came along known as the ‘Generation Gap’. Now down through history the youth have tended to be rebellious to a certain point but all of a sudden it was an accepted thing and it was declared to be just understandable that the youth and their parents should not be able to understand each other. Why Not Pray tell?

It was no accident, but rather part of the value destruction which was now in high gear, being helped along mightily by the new born Rock and Roll music industry, promoting sexual promiscuity and containing lyrics that set on fire the already volatile situation between teens and parents.

On TV every evening after school, was the hour long ‘American Bandstand’ with teens dancing away to this Rock and Roll music. It quickly came to be seen as the norm. It was inevitable that as the values of America began to plummet, that there would come a point that the older generations would become alarmed and protest, so this Generation Gap idea was invented to make it seem like it was nothing to worry about, old people just didn’t understand and so just ignore them. Each generation has dropped lower but the problem isn’t the dropping moral standards, Oh, No! It is just that impassable ‘Generation Gap’.

Comedy—one of Satan’s most insidious weapons:

People tend to think, Oh, it’s just a comedy, it is OK, it’s harmless; but it is a well know psychological fact of the mind that any subject you are led to laugh at, you will never again be able to take really seriously again. Attorneys use this in court; if they can get the jurors to laugh at a witness, by ridiculing them, they don’t have to worry about that witness’ testimony having an impact any more.

That is why Comedy is one of Satan’s most insidious weapons. He used it well in getting the antediluvians to reject Noah; ridicule and scoffing is what did the job. I have been amazed at some of the subjects that have been laid open to ridicule on the modern ‘sit-coms’. Having to live with people who still watched these things and having overheard in passing some of the subjects being haw-hawed at, I have been horrified at times.

A few years back I even heard a show making a joke of human sacrifices and talking of walking on fire coals as if it were just another hobby course to take at the YMCA. Everything that is Holy and Pure has been laughed to bits. They even made a comedy movie about God.

 “How that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts.” Jude 1:18

Music:

Volumes have been written on this subject and we need not repeat it here; if you don’t understand the part Satanic beat music has played in the demoralization of the world and the church, they you need to pray and to research the subject.

Satan was said to have been the leader of the angelic choir; he knows more about music and how it affects living systems than any of us humans and he uses it to his advantage. It has been shown that even plants will do poorly exposed to heavy rock music.

Children’s movies and literature:

Occultism isn’t the only wicked thing in movies. Another aim of the ‘Great Plan’ has been to encourage rebellion of children towards their parents and the movies of Disney and others are great for this. So many plots show children disobeying their parents or sneaking around behind their back, or deceiving them and then having great adventures as a result and in the end the parent ‘gives in’ and the child is rewarded for his dishonesty and disobedience. This is not without effect as anyone can see today.

The idea of promoting ‘Stardom’ as the ultimate super-goal for life is another disservice the movies and entertainment industry have done for us. It is interesting that the theme of many stories in Disney and old movies of Shirley Temple is that a child has ‘talent’ but some stuffy old parent or guardian refuses to have the child involved in the sordid limelight of the entertainment industry, but the child sneaks away and gets into it somehow in spite of them and is radiantly happy! The fact is that ‘Stardom’ and happiness are not one and the same. Few stars have led happy lives and fewer still have lived to a comfortable old age. Many die young. I have a chart on Rock Stars showing their average age of decease is 36.9 years! Is this desirable? But many children when asked today what they want to be, it is a Rock Star, a Movie Star, or Singer, or a sports Star. (Sports stars have a grim record also).

TeleTubbies

One of the most blatant and disgusting New Age mind conditioning programs ever produced was these four alien beings which seem to hold a demonic fascination for small children. The four colors are used to program the children to think of the personality of the particular ‘tubbie’ every time it sees the color. Some children begin to call their crayons by the names of the characters rather than the color’s name.

These symbols on their heads ARE intended to be sex symbols, male, female, Bi-sexual, and Homosexual. The producers say they want to move children away from the male/female gender understanding. They also aim to condition them away from the idea of family life. Notice there are no adults seen in this creation, the idea is for institutionally raised young, being cared for by machines and trained by technology. God-given gender roles are to be destroyed.

The TV screens  installed into the very bodies of these creatures could lead to many strange and confusing ideas in a small child. Programmed children are often led to believe that objects are installed in their bodies to watch them or punish them for disobedience to the programmers wishes.

The sun god symbol comes and beams happily on the ‘tubbies’ when they demonstrate behavior pleasing to the Feminist “New World Order’ programmers. Friends, this is Satanic, perhaps even more so than the more violent cartoons, which are horrible and demonic also.

 Pokemon and Harry Potter

Some of the most devilish children’s entertainment has come in the last few years in the Pokemon concept.  Its purpose for its creators has been to install in children a desperate need to collect all the characters, and so make money by selling them but it also encourages the desire to use psychic power to get ones own way and control and manipulate others.

There are other aspects to TV and children being affected by it also; notice this phenomenon:

“December 17, 1997
TOKYO (CNN) The bright flashing lights of a popular TV cartoon became a serious matter Tuesday evening, when they triggered seizures in hundreds of Japanese children. In a national survey, the Tokyo fire department found that at least 618 children had suffered convulsions, vomiting, irritated eyes, and other symptoms after watching "Pokemon." Japanese television network NHK reported that 111 people were still hospitalized Wednesday morning.”

TV creates a semi-hypnotic state in the mind; therefore anything seen or heard at the time of watching it can enter into the brain without being challenged—it is the greatest mind-programming tool ever invented; and what is worse is that it is considered normal and harmless.

“There shall not be found among you anyone that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of the times, or an enchanter, or a witch, or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For all that do these things are an abomination unto the Lord.” Deuteronomy 18:10-12

Non-alerted parents might see these characters as relatively harmless. But they most assuredly come from the deceptive heart of Satan. Rather than being benign, they are of deadly danger to the eternal destiny of the souls of our children and youth. Just as Dungeons and Dragons derived its basis from symbols of spiritism, paganism and mythology, so do these characters.

Pokemon and Digimon are currently the rage of millions of children and youth. Pokemon had its origins in Japan and quickly fascinated children of the west after its introduction in the mid-1990s. Pokemon is linked to the martial arts of the Japanese. ..There is no question that there are many other games and activities that are built upon the occult and upon paganism. Parents must exercise spiritual discernment and young people need also such discernment. All need the presence of God to preserve us against yielding to the deadly efforts of Satan to destroy the moral fiber and the spiritual life of children and youth.

The Wicked World of Harry Potter

“The most amazing publishing phenomena of all times is the Harry Potter series. This story revolving around the experiences of a fictional character named Harry Potter, is making an unprecedented favorable impact upon children worldwide for the occult.”  Phil Ames

“The insatiable appetite of young children for things spiritual is being fed and nurtured by the supernatural appeal of these Harry Potter books. In addition to the draw of the series' supernatural traits is the added alteration of its central character, eleven-year-old Harry.” Ibid

Note: Children have been give a special interest in spiritual things as part of the grace of God. Jesus said to ‘allow the little children to come unto Him’; He knows they will if others don’t get in their way. People who think children can’t understand the spiritual are mistaken, on a simple and basic level they can understand better than at any other period in their lives. How sad to allow Satan to feed that built in spiritual hunger with deception and lies!

“Harry is an eleven-year-old boy who is a wizard. He uses his magical powers as he goes through life's experience in his quest to "do the right thing." The books are filled with intrigue, mystery, and heroism. Unfortunately, they are also filled with blatant demonstrations of witchcraft, occultic powers, violence, and all sorts of New Age teachings. Each book is a virtual graduate course for children on how to use " good magic" and how to manipulate spiritual powers to accomplish their ends.” Ibid

(Question—is there such a thing as ‘good’ magic? “Regard not them that have familiar spirits, neither seek after wizards, to be defiled by them: I am the Lord your God.” Leviticus 19:31)

“Harry Potter is much more aggressive in its seductive appeal to get children involved in witchcraft and the occult. This subtle evangelistic quality of Harry Potter is far more covert than overt in that children drawn to emulate the heroic lifestyle of the story's central character, a wizard named Harry Potter.” Ibid

"One would think that a dark, demonic, and evil story filled with witchcraft, death, and wicked characters, who cast spells and kill opponents to accomplish their goals, would not be the kind of literature that parents would want their children to consume. And yet, clearly it appears that the opposite is true. Not only are parents purchasing these books for their children, ages six to sixteen, but are themselves devouring the writings of J. K. Rowling". Phil Ames

Higher education?

 "There is a generation that curseth their father, and doth not bless their mother.
There is a generation that are pure in their own eyes, and yet is not washed from their filthiness.
There is a generation, O how lofty are their eyes! and their eyelids are lifted up.
There is a generation, whose teeth are as swords, and their jaw teeth as knives, to devour the poor from off the earth, and the needy from among men." Proverbs 30:11-14

 “If Satan can so befog and deceive the human mind, and lead mortals to think there is an inherent power in themselves to accomplish great and good works, they cease to rely upon God to do that for them which they think exists in themselves to do. They acknowledge not a superior power. They give not God the glory he claims, and which is due to his great and excellent Majesty.

“Satan's object is thus accomplished. He exults that fallen man presumptuously exalts himself, as he exalted himself in Heaven, and was thrust out. He knows that the ruin of man is just as sure if he exalts himself, as his was certain. He has failed in his temptations to Christ in the wilderness. The plan of salvation has been carried out. The dear price has been paid for man's redemption. And now Satan seeks to tear away the foundation of the Christian's hope, and turn the minds of men in a channel that they may not be benefitted or saved by the great sacrifice offered. He leads fallen man, through his "all deceivableness of unrighteousness," to believe that he can do very well without an atonement; that he need not depend upon a crucified and risen Saviour; that man's own merits will entitle him to God's favor, and then he destroys man's confidence in the Bible, well knowing if he succeeds here, and the detector which places a mark upon himself is destroyed, he is safe.

“And he fastens the delusion upon minds that there is no personal Devil, and those who believe this make no effort to resist and war against that which does not exist, and poor blind mortals finally adopt the maxim--"Whatever  is, is right." They acknowledge no rule to measure their course. Satan leads many to believe that prayer to God is useless, and but a form. He well knows now needful is meditation and prayer, to keep Christ's followers aroused to resist his cunning and deceptions. Satan's devices will divert the mind from these important exercises, that the soul may not lean for help upon the mighty One, and obtain strength from him to resist his attacks.” Spiritual Gifts. Question: Is there any way to undo the mind control damage already done by and through television and music?

Svali: “Turn it off. Easier said than done. Once the input stops, it isn't constantly reinforced. How many people are almost addicted to their TV time? I also believe that one of the best methods of undoing damage is by replacing negative or false messages with the truth. I go to God's word in daily Bible Study to "renew my mind", as Romans states, and I find this much more healing and uplifting than anything on TV or the pop radio stations.”
