WE are faced with a crisis in our day that many are not even recognizing and even those who do, have no real understanding why it is happening. We have seen the rising phenomenon of the Harry Potter books and other related material and sort of shrugged it off as just more worldliness. But there is more to it than meets the eye—especially unless the eye is anointed with heavenly eyesalve. I am including below an article sent out by a person who was converted to Christ from the dark and deceptive realms of witchcraft and he is crying out a warning that all persons connected with children need to heed. Most shrug it off as ‘Fantasy’ some label it ‘Trash’ but there is much more to it than that. You see there is a crisis upon us right now in the worldly education field and we have allowed all our schools to be connected with them through accreditation etc. irrevocably!! It’s Harry Potter!! This is witchcraft training—REAL witchcraft training—NOT fantasy. And it's being brought into the SCHOOLS as the basic foundation for their programs. I found this out years ago when I researched Harry Potter to find out what on earth it was. Satan is making a huge push to control all minds not TOTALLY under Christ's control and INCLUDING children. You read about the Harry Potter phenomenon and how this unknown woman zoomed to overnight fame. How everywhere everybody goes googly-eyed over these ridiculous books—and you see SATAN's work going forth big time—there is no other explanation for this tremendous interest even in 'Christian' educators, in what would otherwise be a silly fantasy. The hypnotic power of Satan is active big time in this—more than ever before. We are told that in the end times ALL minds not absolutely surrendered to Jesus WILL be hypnotized—it’s happening. Time is short—we must WARN whether they will listen or not. And it's mostly—NOT. But the Lord is on our side—We must press the battle to the gates. HOW did we get to the place where SCHOOLS will promote this stuff and even use it, not just as a reading book—but as a foundation plan for the whole education in the classroom! Letter From an XWitch I am writing this urgent message because I was once a witch. I lived by the stars as an astrologer and numerologist casting horoscopes and spells. I lived in the mysterious and shadowy realm of the occult. By means of spells and magic, I was able to invoke the powers of the "controlling unknown" and fly upon the night winds transcending the astral plane. Halloween was my favorite time of the year and I was intrigued and absorbed in the realm of Wiccan witchcraft. All of this was happening in the decade of the 1960's when witchcraft was just starting to come out of the broom closet. It was during that decade of the 1960's, in the year 1966, that a woman named J. K. Rowling was born. This is the woman who has captivated the world in this year of 2000 with four books known as the "Harry Potter Series." These books are orientational and instructional manuals of witchcraft woven into the format of entertainment. These four books by J.K. Rowling teach witchcraft! I know this because I was once very much a part of that world. Witchcraft was very different in the 1960's. There were a lot fewer witches, and the craft was far more secretive. At the end of that spiritually troubled decade, I was miraculously saved by the power of Jesus Christ and His saving blood. I was also delivered from every evil spirit that lived in me and was set free. However, as I began to attend fundamental Christian churches, I realized that even there witchcraft had left its mark. Pagan holidays and sabats were celebrated as "Christian holidays." As time went on, I watched the so-called "Christian" churches compromising and unifying. I also watched with amazement as teachings from Eastern religions and "New Age" doctrine began to captivate congregations. It was a satanic set-up, and I saw it coming. Illuministic conspirators were bringing forth a one-world religion with a cleverly concealed element of occultism interwoven in its teachings. In order to succeed in bringing witchcraft to the world and thus complete satanic control, an entire generation would have to be induced and taught to think like witches, talk like witches, dress like witches, and act like witches. The occult songs of the 1960's launched the Luciferian project of capturing the minds of an entire generation. In the song "Sound Of Silence" by Paul Simon and Art Garfunkel, we were told of seeds that were left while an entire generation was sleeping, and that the "vision that was planted in my brain still remains." Now it is the year 2000. All of the foundations for occultism and witchcraft are in place. The Illuminists have to move quickly, because time is running out. It was the Communist revolutionary Lenin who said, "Give me one generation of youth, and I will transform the entire world." Now an entire generation of youth has been given to a woman named J.K. Rowling and her four books on witchcraft, known as the Harry Potter Series. As a former witch, I can speak with authority when I say that I have examined the works of Rowling and that the Harry Potter books are training manuals for the occult. Untold millions of young people are being taught to think, speak, dress and act like witches by filling their heads with the contents of these books. Children are obsessed with the Harry Potter books that they have left television and video games to read these witchcraft manuals. The first book of the series, entitled "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone", finds the orphan, Harry Potter, embarking into a new realm when he is taken to "Hogwart's School of Witchcraft and Wizardry." At this occult school, Harry Potter learns how to obtain and use witchcraft equipment. Harry also learns a new vocabulary, including words such as "Azkaban", "Circe", "Draco", "Erised", "Hermes", and "Slytherin"; all of which are names of real devils or demons. These are not characters of fiction! How serious is this? By reading these materials, many millions of young people are learning how to work with demon spirits. They are getting to know them by name. Vast numbers of children professing to be Christians are also filling their hearts and minds, while willingly ignorant parents look the other way. The titles of the books should be warning enough to make us realize how satanic and anti-christ these books are. The afore mentioned title of the first book, "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone", was a real give away. The second book was called "Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets", while the third book was entitled "Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban." Nothing could be more obvious than that Harry Potter books are pure witchcraft and of the devil. This is the oldest con game ever hatched out of hell. As a real witch, I learned about the two sides of "the force." When real witches have sabats and esbats and meet as a coven, they greet each other by saying "Blessed be", and when they part, they say "The Force be with you." Both sides of this "Force" are Satan. It is not a good side of the force that overcomes the bad side of the force, but rather it's the blood of Jesus Christ that destroys both supposed sides of the satanic "Force." High level witches believe that there are seven satanic princes and that the seventh, which is assigned to Christians, has no name. In coven meetings, he is called "the nameless one." In the Harry Potter books, there is a character called "Voldemort." The pronunciation guide says of this being "He who must not be named." On July 8 at midnight, bookstores everywhere were stormed by millions of children to obtain the latest and fourth book of the series known as "Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire." These books were taken into homes everywhere with a real evil spirit following each copy to curse those homes. July 8th was also the 18th day (three sixes in numerology 666) from the witches' sabat of midsummer. July 8th was also the 13th day from the signing of the United Religions Charter in San Francisco. Now we have learned that the public school system is planning to use the magic of Harry Potter in the classrooms making the public schools centers of witchcraft training. What does God have to say about such books as the Harry Potter series? In the Bible in the book of Acts, we read the following in the 19th chapter, verses 18-20: "And many that believed came, and confessed, and shewed their deeds. Many of them also which used curious arts brought their books together and burned them before all men: and they counted the price of them, and found it fifty thousand pieces of silver. So mightily grew the Word of God and prevailed."

will answer to God if we allow our children to read witchcraft
books. The Word of God will prevail mightily in your life only if

Now ask yourself after you read the brief samples here of the rot that is to be found in these books; remembering that the author has promised us that each book will be ‘darker’ and more horrible than the one before; that she is hinting at sex scenes as the characters grow into their puberty; realize that these books are being forced on children through the schools and, now—shake your head a few times to get the cob-webs out—WHAT in the WORLD is going on here??? The reason I wanted to share this is that it shows what we are up against in this world. I truly believe this woman writer of the HP books is under contract to Satan. You can't explain the phenomenon any other way. We are very near the end of all things when something as cold-bloodedly gruesome as these books are can be called 'good fun', and by Christians!! For this to be happening we can see clearly that Satan has escalated his attack against humanity on an unprecedented scale and most of us are being kept too busy to even notice. Sound the Battle Cry THIS IS WAR! brothers and sisters; and what must we do in a war? We must first enlist under the banner of the Lord Jesus; the blood stained banner carried by the saints through the ages of the Great Controversy. Remember; when you enlist in an army, you cannot then sit down and tell the CO "Well, I am joining the army alright, I know there is a war out there somewhere, but I want you to understand that I have bridge on Monday evenings and I always golf on Wednesdays. I still expect to have time to watch my favorite soaps each day and the sports on the weekend." Do you think the CO would consider you a soldier?? Well, Jesus doesn’t either! It’s all or nothing with Him. He gave all for you, why should He accept less in return? Friends, it’s time to put the world behind us forever! It’s time to wake up and see what the devil is doing to the children! Its time to wake up to the misery, suffering, fear, cruelty and darkness in this world! It’s time to trim our lamps and follow our Lord straight forward with no ifs or buts. Satan is implementing, a well-laid plan to destroy children before they ever even get to know Jesus? He is, through media like Harry Potter, carefully teaching them how to get into his ranks as active spiritists in their babyhood! And yet what are we doing? Jesus said ‘suffer the little children to come to ME!’ Are we taking the lambs by the hand and like the mothers of Jerusalem leading them gently to the Saviour? Are we telling them there is a foe to avoid and informing them carefully of the lies and tricks he is using to destroy THEM? Satan has witches carefully taking them by the hand to lead them—to hell! It is not enough to send children to SS School or even church school and think that is all that is needed—these sources have become to a large extent muddied by the current darkness. Children do NOT need entertainment—they need a SAVIOR! They need you to show them how to come to Jesus and get under the wings and stay there; they need you to tell them how to flee to Him for guidance and protection in a world gone crazy; they need you to teach them the promises and show them how to stand on them. They need to be shown what to do, and how to seek heavenly power when they are afraid and confused in this dark world; they need to be shown the prophecies on a level they can understand, so they can realize God’s plans working out in this world. Children do NOT need fancy hoopla and games and nonsense, they need heart religion, and they need to learn it from you! You can’t give it to them, or anyone for that matter, if you don’t have it yourself! If you don’t, friends, don’t let another hour go past before you cast yourself before your Saviour and don’t get up until you KNOW the Holy Spirit is within and your whole heart is surrendered! You will then be enlisted—Now for the WAR! What is it that Satan fears the most? It is that Christians will wake up to what he is doing and fall on their faces before God, claiming the power of Heaven and the Mighty Promises and PLEAD for the light, for the Truth to go forth, for the Children to be saved, for the Powers of evil to be driven back on their haunches. Brothers and sisters, we wrestle not against flesh and blood, therefore the battle is won or lost on our knees. We need to speak up and warn others–it is true; but Satan doesn’t worry a twit about us, as long as we just sit together and nod our wise, old heads and say piously, "OH! isn’t it terrible? Isn’t it horrible?" Do you care that Satan is carefully educating the children that Jesus died for, so they will be slaves to him and perish miserably—never seeing the face of their Redeemer? Do you care that Christian leaders have so repudiated Inspired Counsel that they do as they please in our churches instead of obeying God’s straight and narrow guidelines? Do you care that millions are being tricked, enslaved, destroyed and they haven’t even heard of the way of Righteousness? Do you care that babies are being murdered cruelly, and animals are tortured horribly, wholesale in this world? Do you just want to hide your eyes and seek all the pleasure you can find for the moment while fooling yourself that you are OK with God because you go to church? Does the truth of what is happening make you so scared, you reject it, and chase after some entertainment to keep your mind off it? If you don’t care; then seek entertainment, seek fun, eat drink and be merry—because this is the only ‘heaven’ you will ever see! If you DO care; then get where the battle is to be fought—on your knees in humility and repentance and plead for God to make bare His Mighty Arm and turn back the hosts of darkness. Light your lamp and stop worrying about offending people—worry about offending God! Cry unto Him—that the oppressed, the innocent, those who haven’t had the light you have, get a chance to choose the Saviour’s service and break away from the cruel foe. Then whatever way He guides you to sound the alarm and pour out the light for the world, DO IT! Never mind asking permission from men at one, three or four levels, to get their consent, before you obey your Lord. Remember Gideon’s pitchers —just clay vessels, but when they were broken, the light poured out! We are only clay vessels, but when we are broken in repentance and contrition before the Lord, and plead for power from heaven to raise a standard against the forces of evil—light will stream forth.
